You can also identify the customer segments that you have built relationships with, by looking for relationships and engagement with customers that the customer has built with you in the past.
You should also know what the customers expect of your products and services, and your team should know what it expects from you, too.
For example, if you work with people who use Gmail for email, you can see how many of those customers also use Gmail to send and receive emails.
If you work in the health care industry, you should see how a large percentage of those patients are using the service to send their doctor’s office visits.
When you are creating an ecommerce store, you may want to look at the people who are buying the products and/or the services, the people that have purchased the products, and the people shopping at the stores.
This will give you an idea of who you are targeting and how much revenue they have.
You could also create a sales funnel for your product offering to help identify your customers and what they expect. 5
