Costco’s latest grocery store, which launched Thursday, is a direct-to-consumer online grocery service.

The company said it has over 3 million members, about 2 million of whom have purchased more than 1 million items in the past two years.

The site also offers a range of categories, including fresh groceries, specialty groceries, groceries at farmers markets, and groceries for sale.

Costco also said its ecommerce platform will launch with a focus on groceries for people who want to purchase products from a grocery store online and from a local store.

The platform will be fully integrated into Costco’s existing stores and online store in the next 12 months.
